At our practice, we acknowledge the link between the mind and body and consider it essential to address both for optimal therapeutic outcomes. To achieve this, we combine conventional talk therapy with mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic experiencing techniques.
At our practice, a key objective of therapy is to assist clients in cultivating self-compassion instead of self-criticism. We approach therapy from a place of recognizing our clients’ innate humanity and supporting them with kindness and respect, rather than perceiving them as flawed and requiring repair.
At our practice, we hold the belief that the client-therapist relationship is sacred and built on mutual respect and collaboration. We also embrace the notion that clients possess the innate resources necessary for healing and personal development. As such, we regard our clients as essential and empowered partners in their own growth and healing journey.
